Experience
Jeff Ammons literally grew up around the family business, working in construction after school and every summer until college. After graduating from North Carolina State University with a degree in civil engineering, he worked for three years as an environmental engineer. These past experiences proved invaluable when he founded his own building company in 1994.

Since then, Jeff has specialized in managing the full construction process of planning, designing, developing, and building communities. He nurtures each project from start to finish and produces beautiful neighborhoods that buyers are proud to call home.
